NOVA SEAS was founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 2019 with a vision to provide professional & reliable shipbroking services. As the company grew, it expanded its presence globally, opening a Dubai office in 2022 to cater to core clients and tap into the rapidly growing Middle Eastern market. That same year, NOVA SEAS launched a dedicated bunkering desk, adding further value and service for its customers. Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, the company also opened a Shanghai office in 2022, solidifying its reach in the region. In 2024, NOVA SEAS further expanded its portfolio with the establishment of SPX for spare part procurement and ship finance, marking another milestone in the company’s continued growth and diversification.
