AMTS was founded in 2014 to provide comprehensive repair, maintenance and engineering services to national and international companies working within the energy sector in Iraq. AMTS operates out of its state-of-the-art facilities, located at Al Majal Business Park – North Rumaila, with a workshop in Erbil, and sales offices in Baghdad, Basra, and Erbil. AMTS has extensive international accreditation including API 6A & 16A as well as API 5CT & 7-1.
Al Majal Energy Services
AMES offers a range of oilfield equipment rental & services including, but not limited to coring and preservation services; rental and services of drilling jars, drill bits, shock tools, and mud motors; EMMS and gyro services; and rental of pressure control equipment. The company is also an approved agent to renowned original equipment manufacturers including National Oilwell Varco (NOV) and Tenaris.
Al Majal Oilfield Services
AMOS delivers industry-leading offerings for discrete well services, maximizing the added value to operators for integrated projects including well servicing, data acquisition in exploration, production enhancement in development and workover. We are agile and focused on delivering excellent results in rigless, workover, and drilling projects.

AMBP offers full life support services in Iraq within two highly secure properties located in North Rumaila and Burjesia, with over 1,000,000 SQM of facilities and a total accommodation capacity of 1,500. Both locations are strategically located within close proximity to major oilfields and provide easy access to major ports and transportation networks.

Wood Al Majal is a joint venture company established by Wood PLC and Al Majal. This joint venture offers optimized end-to-end delivery for maintenance repair orders & minor plant modifications. In addition to this, the joint venture invested in the setup of a world-class fabrication facility and training center within AMBP’s North Rumaila facility.

Al Majal Sulzer is a joint venture company established by Al Majal Technical Services and Sulzer Pumps Middle East. The JV integrates existing Al Majal capabilities and infrastructure with Sulzer’s history and expertise in rotating equipment engineering.
