MFL was established in 1998 by Raed Hanna. The success of the business was immediate and resulted in an expansion drive with a growing team of property professionals and bankers joining Raed. Focusing on key aspects of the Real Estate Sector, Corporate Finance and Project Finance.
Outside of direct real estate MFL is also able to assist in the infrastructure asset class where we work with lenders and partners to structure/fund existing and greenfield infrastructure projects. This involves advising, arranging, and dealing in income-generating infrastructure schemes that are backed by real assets with stable income for a medium to long term period. Recent projects where we have had significant input are located in mainland Europe, the UK and the Middle East, including Iraq.
