Vikas Handa is the IBBC GCC Representative and a honorary advisor to the board. Vikas is also the Managing Director at GulfTek (Gulf Technical Factory), which is an API certified oilfield equipment manufacturing and service facility, providing world class products and services to Oil & Gas and Power sector. Vikas regularly Chairs IBBC’s Autumn Conferences in Dubai and has been an active member of IBBC. Vikas previously headed Weir Oil & Gas operations in the Eastern Hemisphere for 17 years, where he set up the Middle East manufacturing operations and oversaw management of the European, African and CIS regions.
