Razan Ahmad serves as the Member Activities Coordinator for the Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI). She is a law graduate and an experienced legal specialist with a background spanning court representation, corporate compliance, contract negotiation, and administrative legal procedures.
Throughout her career, Razan has held key corporate leadership roles. As Delegated Director at Legal Residence Company, she managed residency logistics and legal administrative processes. She later served as Director of Legal Affairs at Mass Group Holding (Mass City), where she oversaw the drafting and negotiation of key commercial contracts with partners and subcontractors, while leading corporate dispute resolution strategies.
Earlier in her career, she practiced across various courts in Erbil, representing both individual and corporate clients. She has also previously contributed her legal expertise to civil society as a volunteer lawyer with the SWEDO Organization.
