A Baghdad College secondary school graduate, proceeded to get a bachelor degree in English language from the university of Baghdad. Worked for 4 years with UNICEF on projects and programs for aiding the people of Iraq after the end of the war in 2003.
Started working for the Iraqi Parliament in 2007 as a translator in the translation department then in 2010 moved on to be an important part of the International Relations Department in the Public Relations Directorate in Parliament. Mr Alkhattab took part in many international forums and conferences as part of the Iraqi parliament‘s delegation. IBBC’ Baghdad representative since the establishment of IBBC in 2009. Presently he is IBBC’s Baghdad office Manager.
