The Iraq Britain Business Council’s (IBBC) Autumn Conference will be held this year at The Address Hotel, Dubai Marina on Sunday 6 November 2016. The conference will be preceded by an evening reception on Saturday 5 November at a venue yet to be decided. A reception and buffet will also be held on Sunday 6 November at 6.00pm to mark the end of the conference.

Baroness Winterbourne expresses her sincerest gratitude to Iraq’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Ibrahim Al Jaafari, who has kindly offered his patronage and will take part in the conference. The event will focus on prospects for the O&G sector; power generation and electricity supply; finance; and opportunities in the private sector. The delivery of training in Iraq will also be discussed.
