IBBC was delighted to be able to invite its members to the UAE-Iraq Trade and Investment Forum on 18 September. The forum discussed joint investments in Iraq in light of increased economic ties between the two countries, and the willingness on both sides to cultivate positive relations

Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, UAE Minister of Economy opened the Forum together with H.E Mohammed Shiyaa Alsudani, Iraq’s Minister of Industry and Minerals, who were joined by a significant delegation of Iraqi and UAE businessmen and officials. Christophe Michels, Managing director of IBBC, and Vikas Handa, IBBC Representative in the UAE attended the Forum and were pleased to see many IBBC members there.
