The Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) partners Stirling Education in supporting ICET 2021

The Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) was proud to partner Stirling Education in supporting the International Conference on Education and Teaching 2021. The Conference was delivered on-line on 17/18 May and IBBC was represented by Dr Ali Jawad.

Mr Umed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, delivered a keynote address at the Opening Ceremony in which highlighted the importance and priority of education along with health during this pandemic. He emphasized that nothing will be the same in education in the post-covid era and we should look to the future with the lessons learned from this crisis. He added that we should benefit from the ICET conference to build a better future for educational services in the region.

Mr Governor thanked Stirling Schools, The Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC)  and its other international partners for organizing the ICET conference.

On behalf of the ICET Organizing Committee, Mr Umed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, delivered plaques of appreciation to Dr Ali Jawad (????) and Mr Noel Kututwa on behalf of Danielle Bell, Chief, Human Rights Office, United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (?????) United Nations Assistancee Mission for Iraq – UNAMI and Representative, United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
