The Rt Hon. Lord Bates, Minister of State for International Development visited the AMAR Foundation and IBBC offices in Westminster on 23 February.

Lord Bates expressed his admiration and support for the essential and continuing hard work, which AMAR is undertaking to support Iraq and its people.

Lord Bates was also detailed on the progress of the Iraq Britain Business Council, its contribution to Iraqi and UK business, its efforts in furthering educational ties between the two nations and the important support provided to the AMAR Foundation from numerous organisations in its membership.
