Mott MacDonald hold innovative conference ‘Engineering Hope, as a call to action for a humane and sustainable solution to the global refugee crisis’

A range of NGO’s, Government advisors, development experts and the media, attended the conference.
In a cohesive 10-point plan, Mott Macdonald call for groups to work together, to prepare guidelines and blue prints for contracts between players, establishing international standards and master planning for social and physical infrastructure and the process of delivering integration between refugees and host communities. And in more granular detail, the establishment of off the shelf camp designs and the creation of a pilot camp.
