The Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) is pleased to announce that Iraq’s Minister of Oil, H.E. Jabbar A.H. Al-Luiebi, has confirmed that he will attend the IBBC’s upcoming Autumn Conference. He will open the event alongside Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, IBBC’s Executive Chairman; H.E. Dr Ibrahim Al-Jaafari, Iraq’s Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Frank Baker OBE, Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Iraq.

Marcus Antonini, Vice President and Country Chairman of Shell Iraq, and Sara Akbar, CEO of Kuwait Energy, have also confirmed they will speak at the conference. They join more than 20 global business leaders and key decision-makers from the oil and gas, energy, finance, legal, security and logistic sectors who complete the speaker line-up, including:
