IBBC joins the Industry Forum
The IBBC is now a member of the Industry Forum, a London-based business membership group that enables and facilitates discussion between their business members and guests, and senior political policy makers and policy influencers. Founded in 1993 and now led by Rod Dowler (ex-KPMG), the Industry Forum enjoys good relations with senior politicians of all the main parties.
With over 35 high profile members and regular events, membership gives IBBC the ability to discuss issues of trade and business with politicians at early stages, and to share our thoughts and communications through the Industry Forum network.
The IBBC intends to publish articles and news of our network through the Industry Forum and extend our influence to potential members.
Christophe Michels, Managing Director of IBBC says ‘It’s important for IBBC to extend awareness of our services to as wide a group of business and political audiences as possible, and Industry Forum enables us to do that in a civilised and conversational manner’.
Rod Dowler Chair/CEO of Industry Forum says ‘We welcome all new members for all the wealth of expertise they bring to our network. IBBC is especially interesting to our members not only for their focus on Iraq and the Middle East, but for all the insight and influence their members bring to business, policy and the UK’s ability to trade internationally. We look forward to a productive and educative relationship’.
