IBBC Members were invited to take part in the annual Autumn Lecture of the Army Benevolent Fund held on 9^th of October at the National Army Museum in Chelsea. Sir William Shawcross chaired a wide-ranging discussion on military and strategic matters with General David Petraeus and Lord Andrew Roberts who discussed findings in their newly published book ‘Conflict: The Evolution of Warfare from 1945 to Ukraine’.

After the lecture, members were invited to join the speakers for dinner at the Cavalry & Guards Club. Both the lecture and dinner were hosted by IBBC Founder Member Brigadier James Ellery.
