Dubai Conference and Office Expansion Announced at IBBC’s Council Meeting
IBBC plans to hold its Autumn Conference on November 6 at The Address Dubai Marina.
IBBC’s Autumn Conference will move to Dubai later this year, it was announced by Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne at IBBC’s bi-annual Council Meeting held at the House of Lords on Monday 14 March. The two-day conference was scheduled to be held on November 2-3 at Church House in London, but will now take place on Sunday 6 November at The Address Dubai Marina. The decision to change locations was made following feedback from members, who requested that IBBC host more events in Dubai and other areas in the region.
IBBC is searching for new office premises on London’s South Bank.
IBBC’s Commercial Adviser Richard Cotton also revealed at the meeting that IBBC will move to a new office in the coming months, as its current premises will be converted into a residential development at the end of 2016. He is currently exploring various options along London’s South Bank.
