Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, President of the Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC), accompanied by Christophe Michels, Managing Director of IBBC, met with H.E. Mr Jabbar A. H. Luiebi, Minister of Oil for the Government of Iraq in London today.
Ambassador Jon Wilks, the UK Ambassador to Iraq and H.E. Dr Salih Hussein Ali, the Iraqi Ambassador to the UK were also in attendance.

H.E. Mr Luiebi gave a keynote address at the Chatham House Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Energy Conference on 29 January 2018, which the IBBC was delighted to attend and support.
