On Wednesday 31 March, Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq, Mr Stephen Hickey, hosted a reception for IBBC Members in the garden of his residence in Baghdad. This socially distanced event was attended by 20 guests including the Governor of Central Bank of Iraq, H.E Mustapha Ghalib Mukheif. Mr Haider Al Shamaa, IBBC Member Representative in Iraq and Chairman of the International Islamic Bank, thanked the Ambassador on behalf of IBBC and underlined the importance of such high level business meeting taking place face to face when ever possible.
