Governors of Kirkuk, Erbil, and Nineveh are expected to attend the conference and the Prime Minister of the Kurdish Region of Iraq is sending a high-level delegation to the event, which will include some of his advisors and a number DGs from the Ministry of Natural Resources. The Iraqi Minister of Finance is also sending a delegation to represent his Ministry. We will also be joined by a delegation of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce headed by its Chairman Dr Dara Al Khayat.

This year’s proposed agenda is to have six main sessions of Economic Outlook by Professor Frank Gunter, Lehigh University, Finance Panel, Basra Gas Panel, Energy Panel and Industry & General Trading Panel with ample opportunity for members, government officials and guests to network. As in previous years IBBC will also hold its Tech forum in parallel to the main conference sessions.
