The Iraqi Minister of Oil, H.E Adil Abdul-Mahdi, the Iraqi Minister of Industry and Minerals, HE.Mohammed Sahib Khalaf Al-Daraji and HM Ambassador Frank Baker OBE have all confirmed their attendance to Day 1 of the IBBC Spring Conference to be held at the Mansion House on the 27th April in London.

Day 2 will be hosted by Shell and be held at the Shell Centre in Waterloo, Central London.
