On 15 December IBBC held a business dinner at the Cavalry & Guards Club in Piccadilly, London. Members and guests, including a delegation from the Iraqi Embassy, were addressed by Tobias Ellwood MP, former Middle East Minister and present Chairman of the House of Commons Defense Committee.

The event was sponsored by Severn Glocon Group and hosted by Brigadier James Ellery, Chairman of Turnkey LLC, and Baroness Nicholson, President of IBBC.

Christophe Michels, Managing Director of IBBC commented: “This concludes a challenging year for IBBC, our Members and Iraq as a whole. It is heartening to see the resilience of member companies operating in Iraq. One can be cautiously optimistic that by mid next year business in Iraq will start to emerge from the present crisis”.
