Bob Phillips is a Director at Mott MacDonald, serving as General Manager for Europe Advisory and Management Division. In this capacity he leads business development activities across North Africa and acts as Country Manager for Libya, overseeing a broad portfolio of management, commercial and technical advisory services focused on infrastructure redevelopment, especially in challenging post-conflict and fragile environments. Previously Bob headed up Mott MacDonald’s significant operations in Iraq.
